VivaLingua (by Sevenfires AI LLC): delete some of your data without deleting your account

Your AI voice: in the app, open Profile → AI Voice → Delete. Your voice model is deleted at ElevenLabs straight away, and we keep retrying until they confirm.
Your location records: in the app, open Settings → Privacy and turn off “Send diagnostic reports”. This stops them and deletes the country records already collected.
Anything else: email contact@vivalingua.app from your account’s email address and tell us what you want deleted.

Your purchase records (date, pack, price, store and store transaction number), as tax and payment law requires.
A record of each agreement you gave (date, version and language; for an AI voice, the country and state you connected from), for 7 years. It contains no recording and no readable email address.
A one-way code made from your email address (and your Apple or Google account ID), for 12 months, so the welcome minutes go to each person once.
On an Android phone, a one-way code made from the identifier Android gives our app on that phone, for 12 months, so the welcome minutes go to each phone once. On an iPhone we keep nothing; Apple keeps a yes-or-no mark for us.
If you allowed notifications, a one-way code made from your phone's notification token, for 12 months, so the welcome minutes go to each phone once.
A record that your account was deleted: the date, and a code made from its email address that no one can read, for 2 years, so we can confirm the deletion if you ask.
Copies of our database used for analysis, for up to 30 days.
